DRUG ALERT: Parallel import Losec 10mg capsules

Concept Medical Ltd has announced that two batches of parallel imported Losec 10mg capsules repackaged by Dowelhurst Ltd have been erroneously overlabelled “Each capsule contains: 20mg Omeprazole as enteric coated granules”.

Distribution of affected batches has ceased and it is thought that little material remains in the supply chain. No recall is planned.
