DRUG ALERT: Tenoretic film-coated tablets

AstraZeneca has said that one batch of Tenoretic film-coated tablets (atenolol 100mg with chlortalidone 25mg) has incorrectly printed blister foils that describe the atenolol content as 50mg.

Distribution of the affected batch has ceased and no recall is planned.
