DRUG RECALL: Physioneal 40 Glucose 2.27 per cent w/v
Baxter Healthcare is recalling the following batch of Physioneal 40 glucose 2.27 per cent w/v solution for peritoneal dialysis in twinbag presentation because the seals between the Y junction and the System II connector are defective. The packs were first distributed in July 2005.
