DRUG RECALL: Daktarin oral gel (21 November 2005)
UPDATED
Janssen-Cilag is recalling the following lot of Daktarin (miconazole)
oral gel because the measuring spoon is incorrectly marked and could
result in the administration of an increased dose. The problem affects
a single batch of the 80g POM presentation; the 15g P presentation is
not affected.

Recipients are asked to quarantine any remaining stock of this batch
