RECALL: Schwarz Pharma Isoket (isosorbide dinitrate) 0.05 per cent and 0.01 per cent vials (8 February)

Schwarz Pharma is recalling all Isoket (isosorbide dinitrate) 0.05 per cent and 0.01 per cent vials because an impurity from the rubber stopper has been identified in the solution in stability test samples. Isoket ampoules are not affected and are not being recalled.

Recipients are asked to quarantine any remaining stock and return it to their supplier for credit.
