RECALL: Opsite Post-Op dressings (18 March 2006)

Smith & Nephew is recalling a single batch — lot number 0502 — of its Opsite Post-Op dressings 15.5cm x 8.5cm because of reports of open or partially sealed primary pouches.

Recipients are asked to quarantine any stock and contact Smith & Nephew on 01482 673848 to arrange its return.
