RECALL: Boehringer Ingelheim Oramorph (morphine sulphate) oral solution 100ml bottles 10mg/5ml (22 March)

Boehringer Ingelheim is recalling one batch of Oramorph (morphine sulphate) oral solution 10mg/5ml because some of the 100ml bottles are unlabelled.

Recipients are asked to quarantine any remaining stock of the above batch and return it to their supplier for credit or replacement.
