Janssen-Cilag is recalling five batches of Gyno-Pevaryl 150 Combipack (econazole nitrate pessaries and cream) because the enclosed patient information leaflets incorrectly tell patients to use the cream intravaginally and give no instructions on how to use the pessaries.
