RECALL: Aricept (2 November)

Lexon (UK) Ltd is recalling all stocks of a batch of Aricept (donepezil hydrochloride) 10mg tablets (parallel import) because the blister strips from one packaging run are incorrectly overlabelled as Aricept 5mg tablets.

Recipients are requested to quarantine remaining stock and return it to their supplier for credit. For medical or stock return enquiries contact Lexon returns department on 0800 138 2293.
