RECALL: Prosulf injection 10mg/ml (27 June 2007)

CP Pharmaceuticals Ltd (part of Wockhardt UK) is recalling one batch of Prosulf (protamine sulphate) injection 10mg/ml because it does not meet normal assay criteria.

Recipients are asked to quarantine any remaining stock and return to the supplier for credit.
