RECALL: Warfarin 1mg tablets (15 October)
Bristol Laboratories has recalled two
batches of warfarin 1mg tablets because their colour does not comply
with the voluntary code of practice for warfarin 1mg tablets. The
code says that warfarin 1mg tablets should be brown and packed
in cartons with brown identification marks. The tablets being recalled
are peach coloured and packed in pink cartons.
