RECALL: Ibuprofen 200mg, 400mg and 600mg tablets in Karib Kemi Pharm livery (5 November 2007)

LPC Medical (UK) Ltd has recalled all remaining stock of 84 tablet packs of ibuprofen 200mg tablets (PL 19348/0051), ibuprofen 400mg tablets (PL 19348/0004) and ibuprofen 600mg tablets (PL 19348/0003) with batch numbers with the prefix LI and suffix K because of multiple failures of good manufacturing practice at its contract manufacturer.

Recipients are asked to quarantine any and return it to the supplier for credit.
