RECALL: Hypromellose 0.3 per cent eye-drops (21 November 2007)

FDC International Ltd has been directed by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency to recall all remaining stock of hypromellose 0.3 per cent eye-drops (PL 15872/0005) because of rough surfaces on the bottle dropper tip.

Recipients are asked to quarantine any and return it to the supplier for credit.
