RECALL: Metwest Simvastatin tablets 10mg (22 January 2008)

Metwest Pharmaceuticals Ltd has recalled a batch because the blister foil is incorrectly labelled as Simvastatin 20mg. All other labelling is correct and tablets present in the blisters are 10mg strength.

Recipients are requested to quarantine any remaining stock and return it to their supplier for credit.
