Hospital Pharmacist readers' survey 2007

Dear Reader

From time to time we like to make sure that we are providing the best possible editorial content for hospital pharmacists. We endeavour to produce articles of particular interest to this sector of the profession. To do that we need your help and input. This survey is designed to help us find out what you find most interesting and useful and how Hospital Pharmacist can reflect your professional concerns more effectively.

I would be most grateful if you could spend a few minutes answering the questions below and overleaf, making suggestions if you wish. The survey results will be pooled and no individual answers will be disclosed.

As a thank you for taking part, a prize draw will take place on 7 July and the first three names drawn will receive Marks and Spencer vouchers to the value of £25. If you wish to be included in the prize draw, please write your name and registration number below.

Thank you for your help
